Our main areas of focus are in the spaces of Coast Care, Estuary Care, Parks and Reserves, Infrastructure, Communications, Safety & Security. In each of these areas there are a number of different projects taking place.

Restoring Te Waihī estuarySupporting Wai Kōkopu vision to remedy water quality issues

Midway ParkDeveloping this into a community hub for sport & fun! A great bike park and pump track, skate ramp, community gardens, BBQ area and fitness trail.
